April Meal Plan 2012

This monthly menu is being posted extremely late.  But better late than never.  As you can see the first week of the month is blank.  I did not plan meals for the first week of April because my husband was out of town and I was having an extremely difficult time managing day to day without him.  Call me crazy, but this last fourteen day trip was very difficult. He has been warned, the next time he travels for an extended period the entire lot will be traveling with him.  I really think I was suffering from a mild depression.  Anyway, he's back and we are all smiles.  Unfortunately we spent a ton of money eating out but we are now back on track.  The weekend of the seventh I did my scheduled bulk cooking.  What a relief to have a plan in action.  Seriously, what have I been doing almost eleven years married without a meal plan.
