If you received a questionable email from me last week. There is a reasonable explanation. I was hacked! Twice in one week. *ack* The operation was very sophisticated. Clever hackers devised an alert that continually flashed across my phone directing me to change my password. I could not bypass the alert no matter how hard I tried. I am surprised that after 10 plus years with the same email address, I was finally hacked. My sister in law inquired if I thought I was too special to be hacked. To which I replied no! But I am genuinely shocked that it happened to me. At one point closing my email account was a viable option.
Lesson learned I will not change my password unless I go in and change it myself. No matter how many times I am solicited to change it.
Its hard for me to believe that people sit around getting into other people’s email. Why? To add insult to injury the hackers sent my contacts links for fake computer jobs. Are you kidding me? Are there not more important things to do in a day? Imagine if this talent was used for something productive instead of sending all my contacts spam emails.
Be on the lookout. Apparently many people have been hacked recently.

Sorry you were hacked! I haven't experienced it, and hope that I will continue to stay off the radar.

My sentiments, exactly.
Not sure if I've ever been hacked, if so, no contacts brought to my attention. But hackers in general are quite annoying.
Such a violation Don.
