I am busy, busy, busy putting the final touches together for the upcoming school year. Gathering supplies for science projects, planning field trips and activities; I am up to my ears in books, binders and school supplies. There is so much to do but I know that God will see me through.
We are slated to begin September 3, 2012. However we will probably begin sooner than that. This year will be extremely busy. My sister in law in New York is getting married and I am helping to coordinate the wedding. If we start early that gives us some cushion. Pray for me, I need all the prayers I can get.

That sounds like a great year. Good luck with your planning and organizing!!
Thanks RockerMom, I forgot to add in Critical Thinking but I will list that later.
Tiffany,
It was fun reading through your curriculum list. It looks like your boys (and you) have an exciting year ahead of them. Isn't homeschooling great?!
Even though we started school last week, I am still putting together the final pieces. We are having light school days through the end of the month and I will add more subjects throughout the month of August.
Milk and Honey,
I love the idea of light days then adding on as you go. I am going to play with that idea a little this year and see how it goes. Homeschooling is great I agree but not without its challanges. I will be reading your updates of your school year.
o wow! that is for sure a lot!!
looks like they are going to learn so much!
